You're viewing the page as a file, so there's no app behind it — uploads will fail with "Load failed". Start the app and use the address it gives you:

Double-click Chord Scribe.command (on your Desktop), or run python -m app in the project folder.

Then open http://127.0.0.1:8420.

Enter the code you were given. It keeps your songs separate from everyone else's — there is no password to remember.
